1988年06月生,重庆潼南人,工学博士。主要研究方向为氮化铝(AlN)压电薄膜材料的制备及应用、AlN声表面波谐振器(SAW)体声波谐振器(Fbar)设计与传感应用、微纳器件仪器系统、网络化与智能化仪器系统。在Applied Physics Letters,IEEE transactions on ultrasonics, ferroelectrics, and frequency control等SCI期刊上发表论文17篇。参研国家重点研发计划专项1项,装备预研教育部联合基金项目1项,国家自然科学基金项目1项。
